When viewing a ticket in the Overview tab, you will have the opportunity to dispute a CSAT response.
On the Overview tab, scroll until you find the CSAT Response and the CSAT Analysis.
Click the Dispute button in the right-hand corner.
A pop-up box will appear that allows you to write the reason for your dispute.
Make sure to press Submit to send your dispute to your Manager(s)!
