If you are looking to add, remove, or change the settings you set for your company, first navigate to Settings on the left-hand side, then click Company Settings.
There are two tabs at the top:
- General
- Setting
The General tab allows you to:
- Choose the company's profile photo
- Choose the company's cover photo
- Name your organization
- Select which industry your company belongs to
- E-commerce
- Marketplace
- Physical Subscription
- Digital Subscription
- Digital Goods
- Other
- Website URL
To save your changes, make sure to hit the Update Customer button at the bottom!
Moving to the Setting tab allows you to:
- Toggle if you want agents to be able to dispute QA reviews
- Set Company Targets* and KPIs like:
- First response time
- Average resolution time
- Average handle time
- First contact resolution rate
- Average CSAT score
- *This feature is still in development but will be coming soon!
To save your changes, ensure you hit the Save Changes button in the lower right corner.
