When viewing a ticket in the Transcript tab, you will have the opportunity to dispute a QA review.
On the Transcript tab, scroll through the ticket until you find the QA Review you wish to dispute.
Click the Dispute button in the right-hand corner.
A pop-up box will appear that allows you to write the reason for your dispute.
Make sure to press Submit to send your dispute to your QA Manager(s)!
