To change the role of a member, navigate to the Settings option in the left-side bar. Once there, select the Users/Permission option on the left-hand side.
Here, you will be able to see all Administrator Accounts and Agent Accounts, as well as Invite members. To invite a member:
- Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite
- Select their role (Admin, Manager, QA Manager, Agent, Guest)
- Send Invite
The member you invited will receive an email to join your organization!
