A submitted QA on a ticket shows in both the Overview and Transcript tabs:
The Overview tab provides the QA Scout breakdown and interaction summary. If a Manual QA was run on the ticket, it will provide:
- The scoring
- Total number of QAs
- Any auto-fails were found
- Each subsection score (as needed)
The Transcript tab shows all responses on a ticket, and if a QA review is attached:
After clicking View Review, it shows a further breakdown of:
- The score
- Rubric categories
- Any comments left by the reviewer
