A QA Sprint assigns, filters, and focuses your team to QA desired tickets. To create a QA Sprint, you will begin at the QA Manager Leaderboard block on your Dashboard.
In the lower left-hand corner, Select + Create QA Sprint:
The first step is to fill out the Sprint Details, including the name of your Sprint and a description of the task:
Select the Target Dates you would like your Sprint assignment to range and if the Sprint should be repeated:
- This gives a timeframe to your assignees to complete the given task. You will later be able to go back and see if this assignment was completed within the set deadline
Choose Assignees and set QA targets:
- You will choose QA Managers to complete the Sprint, split the targets between them, or assign specific ticket counts to each Manager
Finally, select your Ticket Pool. Switch between the tabs at the top to create a custom filter or select a previously created one.
- When creating a custom filter, you will:
- Name your filter
- Select which rubric to use
- Select the date range of tickets to pull
- Optional filters are available to tailor your Sprint to best fit your needs. You can filter to pull tickets from:
- Selected agents
- Specific tags
- CSAT score
Click The Grey Arrow to complete the creation of your QA Sprint.
