If you are looking to manage your custom teams, first navigate to Settings on the left-hand side, then click Teams/Groups.
This will bring you to where you can manage your CRM Team or your Custom Group. Since you are looking to manage a custom team, navigate to the Custom Group tab.
Here you can:
- Add a new Team
- See team members
- Search team members
- Edit Team Name/Description
- Add Team Member
If you are looking to add a new team member:
- Click Add Team Member
- Search the agent's name
Once the member is added, press the Invite button. This invites that user to your team!
