On a Team Dashboard or an Agent Dashboard, you will see the Ticket Volume By Topic/Tag block. This section shows the trend of the top 10 Ticket tags (or topics), given the Date Range you select in the top right corner of the page.
This data is shown in both a graph form as well as a grid view.
