Macro Usage and customizations

On your Dashboard, close to the bottom of the page, you will see the Macros Leaderboard.

This section details macros your team uses in alphabetical order, but you can search for specific macros using the search bar at the top. This section details:

• The tickets where the macro was used

• How many times the macro was used

• If the macro was applicable to the customer's situation
