SuperSAT Chart Descriptions

SuperSAT Daily:

This is your daily average SuperSAT score in the middle of the chart and then your breakdown of how many tickets are currently red/yellow/green as defined by your Thresholds in your SuperSAT Settings.

SuperSAT Trend:

This is your breakdown of SuperSAT scores on a daily basis during the selected date range. 

SuperSAT Score By Tags - Top & Bottom Movers (delta):

This is your breakdown of ticket types that change the most between the start and end of the conversation. For example, on the chart below, tickets that are tagged "hilite__order_status" on average are ending with a more positive SuperSAT score (versus when they came in), but tickets tagged "wrongitem" are ending with a lower SuperSAT score.

This is your breakdown of ticket types that have the highest and lowest SuperSAT scores.

Recent SuperSAT:

This is a real-time chart of your most recent tickets and their corresponding SuperSAT scores and score moves. You can use this to find tickets that are moving lower (or higher!) in SuperSAT and look for real-time intervention ability.
