We do not use or send data to OpenAI or other 3rd party "AI" companies for our self-service solutions, unless you've worked with us specifically to augment your workflow and requested a features that requires this.
Rather, we use an in-house developed model (trained on mountains of our own internal QA and classification data!) that evaluates how well responses address customer inquiries, whether or not an agent’s response is using the proper tone, and whether or not an agent’s response is grammatically correct.
